Virgin Holidays chooses Milton Keynes for biggest store to date
Virgin Holidays has opened its biggest store to date at Centre:mk in Milton Keynes.
Spanning over 1,700 square feet, the £500,000 flagship ‘v-room’ will even offer a range of complimentary spa treatments as Virgin looks to “revolutionise” the high street holiday booking experience.
Treatments on offer will include massages and manicures. The store also features a virtual reality rollercoaster and an exotic cocktail bar.
Speaking on behalf of Centre:mk joint owners Hermes Investment Management and AustralianSuper, Ed Sellick said: “This well-established brand is a great addition to our retail line-up and their selection of Centre:mk for their biggest flagship store to date is testament to the extensive £60 million investment in the shopping centre. Seeing Virgin Holidays successfully open its half million pound flagship ‘v-room’ store in the centre bodes well for the future.”
