Velorution opens fifth London store

Cycle retailer Velorution has opened a new store in London’s King’s Road.

Selling urban, electric and folding bikes, the shop is Velorution’s fifth store in the capital. It will also offer a range of cycles for children.

Conrad Lewis, managing director of Velorution, said: “At Velorution, our focus is on forward-thinking, innovative products and we aim to be the preferred destination of the urban cyclist. The Chelsea catchment has been a target location for us and having the opportunity to launch our range on the iconic King’s Road was one we could not miss.”

Velorution’s other stores are situated in Hackney, Islington and Marylebone. The retailer operates two stores on Marylebone’s Great Portland Street, one of which specialises in electric bikes.

Hannah Grievson, property director at Sloane Stanley, said: “Velorution have secured some of the most prestigious bicycle and accessory brands in the world, and their products will certainly measure up to the level of luxury and high-quality merchandise offered by existing King’s Road retailers.”
