GAME to launch in-store retail trial with THREE

Video games retailer GAME is to trial THREE mobile services in some of its London stores.
The pilot will begin in 15 GAME stores which will each house a THREE gondola. The unit will hold a selection of handsets and GAME will also sell SIM cards, PAYG top-ups and THREE’s MiFi devices.
Dave Howard, retail and property director of GAME Digital, said: “In line with our strategy to optimise our store estate, we are utilising GAME’s unrivalled market position in the video game retail industry to further benefit the lifestyles of our customers. That includes stocking what’s most important to gamers; from games and merchandise to top-end mobile phones and sim cards.”
