Authentic Brands Group appoints new chief executive of Reebok
Authentic Brands Group has appointed Todd Krinsky to succeed Matt O’Toole as the new chief executive of Reebok.
Having worked for 30 years with the sportswear brand, Krinsky has been a member of its senior leadership team for more than a decade. His new position will see him lead its growth strategy.
He most recently served as the SVP of Reebok Design Group, although he has previously held numerous positions across product development, merchandising and management, sports and entertainment marketing, and business unit and category leadership.
Krinsky said: “I am excited to step into my new role as CEO of a brand and business that I have had the honour of building and growing for over three decades. When I walked through the doors on my first day as a Reebok intern, I was immediately awestruck by the brand’s dedication to innovation and authenticity. I look forward to working with the entire Reebok team to unleash the full potential of Reebok worldwide.”
Meanwhile, O’Toole will be joining Reebok’s parent company, Authentic Brands Group, as executive vice-chairman in 2023.
In further moves, Erika Swan has been promoted to the role of senior vice president of global operations and sourcing at Reebok Design Group and John Moore has moved up to the position of senior vice president, US commercial market.
