A technically, highly experienced Marketing and eCommerce Director, Tim Fairs has years of retail and omnichannel experience. He has created sales and market share uplifts for well-known companies with annual sales of £200m – £4bn. Tim has a deep knowledge of all marketing/eCommerce disciplines and use of traditional and digital media. Having led business transformation across all operating functions to improve customer satisfaction, sales and the P&L, his most recent role was Head of Marketing at ProCook. Past roles include Customer & Marketing Director at Bestway Retail.
