With over 20 years of retail experience at IKEA, Tanya Hamilton has held a number of strategic and operational roles within people and culture, truly developing the IKEA business through its greatest asset – their co-workers, whilst being guided by the IKEA vision “to create a better everyday life for the many people”. Her commitment as IKEA UK&IE Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Manager is to create a more ‘equal everyday’ across the UK&IE, through truly wonderful co-worker experiences and a workplace environment where diversity is celebrated, equity is pursued and inclusion is the norm.
