Ritu Dhawan-Foster is a proven executive board director with a clear focus on improving shareholder value, understanding the power of people to deliver growth and improve profit through modern leadership. A change leader with in depth commercial and strategic experience within consumer facing global brands and sectors, Ritu designs and implements the people plans aligned to the business plan and strategic direction of the organisation. She is currently Interim HR Director UK&I at L’Occitane Group. Prior to this, she was Interim Director of People & Transformation at Vue International from August 2022 – May 2023, where she led their business transformation and value creation in order to prepare the business for a transaction. She was previously Chief People Officer at Monsoon Accessorize for eight years, and Head of Human Resources at Fortnum & Mason for three years.
