Marcus Collins is a Partner with Irwin Mitchell. A well-established IP expert, he has wide-ranging experience of all aspects of IP, with a particular focus on international brand protection, trade mark prosecution and IP litigation. Marcus’ experience also extends to advising on social media content, its regulation and online defamation. He lectures regularly on trademark law at Queen Mary College, University of London.
