Kaylie Mitten joined FatFace in 2020 to drive the digital agenda and build new capabilities within the digital function. FatFace is a multichannel retailer with a thriving international digital business as well as over 200 stores in the UK and over 20 stores in the US and a highly engaged social community. Drawing on experience across multiple sectors, including utilities and finance, Kaylie is responsible for the digital roadmap and leads the development and UX/UI teams in delivering numerous optimisations and projects to improve the digital customer experience. Her passion is exploring customer behaviour thorough data and testing and she propels a test and learn mentality within FatFace.
