David Dagger leads the Communications and Corporate Affairs team at The Institute of Customer Service. He is a passionate advocate for the role customer experience plays in improving business performance and the impact it has on the UK’s economy. David has 25 years marketing and leadership experience, from a multi-sector career that has included co-founding a marketing agency (later sold to Havas) and building the marcomms function for a group of leadership consulting and talent businesses.
