Founder and CEO of Sol Retail, Barry Tong had built a global business from scratch without a loan, investment, or overdraft. The now £15 million pound a year business is one of Amazons largest beauty businesses on the planet and is on a path to deliver a £50 million turnover in the next three years. A previous regional winner of the Great British Entrepreneur of the year award, Barry is also a Department of International Trade export champion helping companies grow globally.
