Prior to that, she worked with Realm on the leasing of London Designer Outlet at Wembley Park and other schemes. She has also previously worked as international leasing manager at McArthurGlen where she was involved in the leasing and asset management of sites in the UK, France and Italy.
Meanwhile, Hanson-Lowe has over 25 years’ experience in marketing, including fashion marketing for PRL, Jigsaw and Gucci. In addition, he is a former global business director of Saatchi & Saatchi and Publicis.
Simon Waterfield, developer and co-owner of Scotch Corner Richmond, said: “As well as building an impressive retail and leisure destination for people who live in, visit and travel through this part of the UK, we’re creating a strong team that brings know-how, impressive track-records and extensive experience to the project. Sarah and Patrick have great experience in the outlet market and will work alongside Ian Sanderson of Sanderson Leisure and Retail (SLR), the market leaders in leisure-based outlet market asset management.”
