LCP continues on acquisition trail with purchase of Essex retail park
LCP Group has purchased a new retail park in Essex as part of 25 retail acquisitions made in the last 12 months.
The M Core owned group has acquired Gateway Retail Park in Harwich for an undisclosed sum.
The eight unit 55,984 square foot scheme is anchored by a 26,000 square foot B&M Homestore. Other tenants include Argos, Carpetright, Card Factory, Peacocks, Domino’s, and Greggs. Gateway also has a 215-space car park.

Other major purchases by LCP Group in the last 12 months include Cwmbran Centre, Cwmbran; The Galleries, Washington, Sunderland; Aviemore Retail Park, Aviemore; and Three Spires in Lichfield.
