Icon Outlet prepares to open its doors on 15 June
Icon Outlet at The O2 has announced is to reopen its doors at The O2 on 15 June in line with the easing of Covid-9 lockdown restrictions.
The outlet centre will introduce new measures to protect staff and customers including two metre social distancing, one way systems requiring visitors to keep to the left as much as possible, hand sanitising stations, the separation of the bathroom facilities to reduce queues, and an enhanced cleaning regime.
In addition, many retailers have changed their internal store layouts to provide more room and easier navigation.
Icon Outlet will also provide up to four hours free parking for visitors until the end of July. Those wishing to avoid the roads will be encouraged to travel by Thames Clippers, which will run a frequent River Bus service from central London to North Greenwich Pier once its service resumes.
Opening daily, initially from 11am to 5pm, the venue will also offer a limited menu from its take away food and beverage retailers.
