Hammerson announces board changes
Shopping centre owner Hammerson has announced that Pierre Bouchut has informed its board that he will not be standing for re-election as a non-executive director at its AGM.
In addition, the company has confirmed that Habib Annous will become a non-executive director on 5 May and will also become a member of the audit, nomination and remuneration committees.
With 30 years’ experience in investment management across a range of sectors, Habib was previously a partner at Capital Group.

He has extensive investment experience across a range of sectors, which will complement and enhance the existing skills we have at board level and bring a valuable and fresh perspective.
