Gretna Gateway Outlet Village rebranded as Caledonia Park

Gretna Gateway Outlet Village is being rebranded as Caledonia Park as part of a £7 million investment programme.

As well as being renamed, the premium outlet destination is being given a new look through the use of natural textural materials including recycled stone paving and locally-sourced granite. Plans from RPMI Railpen also include installing timber façade treatments to the units, adding canopies and enhancing the public realm.

The scheme’s brands include the likes of  Polo Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss and Nike. Recent signings include Adidas, Reebok, Levi’s and The Cosmetics Company.

The works at Caledonia Park are due for completion in autumn 2020, although the rebranding has already been implemented.

Matthew Howard, head of property asset management at RPMI Railpen, said: “Caledonia Park will be a vibrant hub for retail and dining in the heart of Southern Scotland.  We have seen outstanding performance to date, and the refreshed offer and re-branding will bring a new level of momentum for the village.  The strategic regeneration meets our core investment themes and lays the foundations for long-term growth.”
