Barbour and Timberland sign up to Livingston

Livingston Designer Outlet has seen lifestyle clothing brands Barbour and Timberland join its line-up.

Timberland has taken a 3,181 square foot unit while Barbour has launched a 1,601 square foot store.

The new arrivals bring the total volume of space exchanged at the outlet centre in the past year to 25,335 square feet.

Recent figures have revealed that Livingston Designer Outlet saw its like-for-like sales climb by 10% year-on-year in its second quarter.

Meanwhile, footfall was up 4% in the same period.

Colin Brooks, managing director of Realm, said: “The last year has seen an impressive mix of premium and high-street retailers introduced to Livingston Designer Outlet. These complement the diverse brands already at the scheme and are evidence of our strategy to secure high-quality tenants that enhance the retail experience.”
