Boden is a British clothing retailer selling primarily online and by mail order and catalogues. It was founded by Johnnie Boden in 1991 and each item was initially crafted and cut from his kitchen table. The company now has a significantly larger HQ at Boden House in West London as well as a large warehouse in Leicester, an office in Boston and a warehouse in Pennsylvania in the US. The company now serves over 1.7 million customers worldwide. Boden has always designed bright, colourful patterned clothes and high quality casual basics. In recent years, it has made big strides in the children and teenage clothing markets through their Baby Boden and Mini Boden collections. It releases new collections every spring and autumn, with further lines added in summer and winter. Boden is owned by JP Boden (Holdings) Limited and run by Johnnie Boden, the founder of the brand.
