Vodat International to highlight customer interaction at Retail Business Technology Expo
Vodat International, a communications solutions provider to the retail industry, will be demonstrating something a little bit different at the Retail Business Technology Expo (RBTE) in March, with the help of Anne Gobbinson.
Vodat will be hosting a fun and interactive game show on its stand as a way of highlighting to retailers how they can interact better with their customers to help meet their service expectations.
Mike Bielinski, CEO at Vodat International, said, “As there hasn’t been a show dedicated to retail for the last three years, we have decided to support it and maintain Vodat’s visibility as a leading provider to the retail sector. Our approach, however, will be somewhat different. Our main focus will be to communicate to retailers how Vodat can help them to interact with customers easily and become profitable across all areas of the business. We will be doing this through a bit of a fun on the stand, however there is a much deeper meaning for businesses. Now is the time to address these issues or face being left behind the competition.”
Vodat will be reinforcing the message that the business is a leading provider of telecommunications and IT solutions into the retail sector and hopes to use the show as a platform to engage with some new clients and strengthen the message to our existing customers.
Bielinski continued, “We believe retailers visiting exhibitions do not enjoy being sold to on a stand. While giving out leaflets and freebies has no real benefit to anyone. We have invested a lot of time and effort in this show and we wanted to create a theme and message which will last way beyond the show. If retailers would like to have a bit of fun while seeing a meaningful business message then they should visit the Vodat stand as they will not be disappointed.”
