What’s the holy grail of retail? For me, it’s shoppers that keep coming back time and time again. This means offering an unparalleled customer experience that makes shopping – whether its online, in-store or on mobile – as easy and enjoyable as possible.
To do that, you’ll need to prove that you really understand them, from the moment they walk through the front door to the moment they leave with their goods.
