Q&A: CXRetail talks with Richard Cotter, best-selling author and retail guru

In this new video interview , the #CXRetail team’s very own Robyn Chanter caught up with Richard Cotter, best-selling author and #retail guru who has built a reputation for the rapid turnaround, transformation and growth of consumer businesses.

As a former pro golfer and lover of high-altitude mountaineering it is no surprise that Richard has taken many learnings from his experience in sport into his roles within business. As the last couple of years have stressed, resilience and preparation are key to future-proof your organisation, and nowadays companies need to be ready for anything.
