Kurt Geiger has equipped its customer sales advisers in Gallery One of the iconic Selfridges shoe gallery with lightweight wireless digital headsets. The hands-free systems allow instant communication between all team members, whether on the shop floor, office or stockroom area.
The company says that use of the headsets has already shown a rise in efficiency and quality of customer service; the systems are manufactured by Quail Digital and CEO Tom Downes explains their attraction and success for Kurt Geiger, “The Shoe Gallery in Selfridges is an inspiring, exciting and very very busy retail environment.
