[ EVENT ] CX Retail Exchange: 18+19 October
CX Retail Exchange is back as a physical event in London this autumn.
The two day event, held at the Hilton Syon Park, 18-19 October 2021, provides customer experience professionals with a unique opportunity to meet, network and connect with their industry peers and learn from leading retailers who have thrived during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Top drawer line up
The speaker line up is top drawer, featuring a cross section of leading retail executives, who will be showcasing their brand’s customer experience journeys, challenges and opportunities.
They include Paul Sims, CTO & Chief Architect at Halfords; Ian Webber-Rostrum, Head of Customer Care at Missguided; Clive West, Group Digital Director at Domino’s Pizza; Gavin Scott, Head of Customer Service at Beauty Bay; Sophie Cotton, Head of Omni Channel Customer Service at Seasalt Cornwall and Isobel Mills, Head of Customer Delight at Bloom & Wild.
Interactive hub
Organised by Exchange Events, CX Retail Exchange delivers a truly immersive and interactive hub for customer experience professionals.
Alongside the keynotes, fireside chats and panel discussions, delegates can participate in roundtables, think tanks and structured networking sessions to share best practice and fresh ideas and dig deep into the topics and issues that matter to them most.
Who should attend?
CX Retail Exchange is an elite event, aimed at customer experience professionals and those with a responsibility for improving the customer experience within their organisations.
Qualifying delegates will be invited to attend the two-day event and can pre-plan their own itinerary, selecting the sessions they wish to attend and pre-scheduling one-to-one business meetings in order to maximise their experience.
Safety measures
An in-person event, CX Retail Exchange provides customer experience executives with a long awaited opportunity to meet and engage with their industry peers IRL rather than by Zoom, Meets or Teams.
Delegates can register with confidence, however, since Exchange Events is taking all the necessary precautions and following the relevant government advice to run a safe event.
New features will include a one-way system, no-touch registration, traffic lighting lanyards, a paperless experience, hand santizer stations and a seated lunch.
