Box Technologies Announce Retail Systems Forum 2011
The provider of customer interface technology solutions has announced the date for their widely anticipated annual Retail Systems Forum 2011.
The Retail Systems Forum is to be held on 18th May 2011, within the prestigious Microsoft Conference Centre in Reading, Berkshire.
The theme for the event will be “Improving Technology Decision Making for the Multi-channel Retailer” and key note speakers will present to delegates on the latest innovations and technologies being utilised within the retail sector, retail strategies and best practice.
Some of the hot topics which will be discussed on the day include ‘building a retail IT strategy that focuses on today’s multi-channel shopper’, ‘contact less payment technology’, ‘improving customer insight and loyalty’ and ‘engaging your customer through integrating mobile into your multi-channel IT strategy’. The event will close with a multi-channel technology interactive panel discussion, with Question and Answer session with speakers including the E-Commerce Systems Manager for Waitrose and the Head of IT Strategy for ASOS.com.
