Woven hails 2018 success

Online rug retailer Woven doubled its turnover in 2018 and saw a substantial increase in profits.

In addition, the company has reported that total sales in January 2019 were three times those seen in the same month last year, and that similar increases have been achieved in February and March.

The company has recently invested in a new and easy-to-navigate website which has helped to boost trade. It has also begun to sell popular rug brands Louis De Poortere and Asiatic Carpets and enjoyed continued success with long time partners Linie Design and Brink & Campman.

James Langley, Woven managing director, said: “We’re pleased our patience and investment in a volatile and changing retail market is paying off. This year we have invested further in staffing in order to match our growing order volume and keep our excellent customer service sustainable. We will be releasing information on exciting changes to our infrastructure and model shortly.”
