Victorian Plumbing announces chief financial officer succession
Online bathroom retailer Victorian Plumbing Group has announced that its chief financial officer Paul Meehan will be stepping down from his role on 31 March to pursue other opportunities.
Meehan joined the business in 2020 from On the Beach where he held the same position.
Mark Radcliffe, founder and chief executive of Victorian Plumbing, said: “I would like to take this opportunity, on behalf of the board, to thank Paul for his significant contribution to Victorian Plumbing since he joined the business in 2020.
“His work preparing the finance function and the wider group for its IPO in 2021 has ensured that the business has the necessary systems and structures in place to deliver its growth ambitions. We wish Paul all the best with his future endeavours.”
He will be succeeded by Dan Barton who is currently the group’s director of finance.
While Meehan will remain with the business during his notice period until 30 June, Barton will be appointed to its board on 1 April and has also recently assumed the role of company secretary..
Prior to joining Victorian Plumbing in August 2022, Barton worked at DWF Group where he was deputy chief financial officer for three years. He has also previously been deputy chief financial officer and company secretary at Wilmington Group.
