Safestyle UK appoint CFO

Safestyle UK  has announced the appointment of Phil Joyner to the Board as an Executive Director in the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with immediate effect.

Joyner joined Safestyle as Group Financial Controller in June 2018 and was appointed as Finance Director in January 2023, following Rob Neale’s appointment as CEO.  He has over 20 years’ finance experience and, prior to joining Safestyle, held senior finance leadership roles in the pharmaceutical, food manufacturing and retail sectors including with Asda.

Alan Lovell, Chairman commented: “The Nomination Committee conducted a thorough selection process that was supported by a search firm and included a number of highly-experienced external candidates.  The Board and I would like to congratulate Phil on his appointment as CFO and welcome him to the Board.  Phil has made a huge contribution to Safestyle since he joined in 2018 and we look forward to working with him to deliver the Group’s strategic priorities.”
