Paloma Faith joins forces with ScS for maximalist furniture collection launch
Interiors retailer ScS has partnered with singing sensation and actor turned creative director of her own interiors brand, Paloma Faith, to bring Paloma Home online and in selected physical stores.
Paloma Home was established in 2021 but will this year launch a brand new collection exclusively with ScS and will roll out across stores from 3rd July with the aim of making high quality, maximal styles more accessible for wider audiences.
The full collection, which is made up of sofas, accent chairs, footstools and scatter cushions, will have five ranges (Divine, Spiced Up, Lady Muck, Boudoir and Down to Earth) with each one embodying its own distinct and standout style inspired by Faith’s love of opulent glamour and 70s retro bohemia. The designs across the collection use a variation of animal prints, bold florals and jewel-toned rich colourings to create the perfect maximalist furniture perfect for today’s interior market. Each design is a genuine expression of the singer’s unique personality and style as she works closely with the design studio to ensure that each product is as authentic and affordable as possible.
On top of the trend-driven design, each product in the range comes with the BSI Kitemark certification, an independent sign of the furniture’s high quality and long-lasting nature.
Speaking on the collection, Ashleigh Ellis, Head of Buying & Merchandising at ScS commented:
“We’re delighted to be bringing Paloma Home to our customers; the collection is distinct, attractive and will give consumers a statement choice that will turn heads in any room. Paloma’s style is renowned for being bold and glamourous and this is reflected throughout each collection. Consumers have become more daring over the years with interior choices and with maximalism and retro revivals being so popular right now it’s a perfect collection for the market.”
Being there every step of the way through the design process, Paloma shared “I have loved developing this collection; from the silhouettes and fabrics to the prints on the scatter cushions influenced by fashion, culture and travel experiences that have inspired me over the years, this really is a true reflection of what I have in my home, and what I love to have around me. I love maximalist interiors with clashing colours and prints – I hope my range of products will allow people to bring a bit of that eccentricity and personality into their space, whether they want to play it a little safer with a lovely Lady Muck chair, or go big with a leopard print sofa!”
