Made.com non-executive director to step down

Furniture retailer Made.com has confirmed that Bruno Crémel will retire from its board at the end of this month.

Crémel joined as a non-executive director in June 2015 and indicated at the time of the company’s IPO that he intended to step down before the company’s first AGM in 2022.

Susanne Given, chair of Made.com, said: “On behalf of the board, I would like to express our sincere gratitude to Bruno for his dedication and support to Made throughout his six-year tenure, and for his invaluable contribution to the development of Made’s strategy and culture. Bruno’s extensive private and public sector experience has been extremely helpful during the company’s transition at IPO in 2021.”

Made.com said its nomination committee has begun a search his successor.
