Homebase to return to Bradford

Home and garden retailer Homebase is to make a return to Bradford with the launch of a new store on Enterprise 5 Retail Park.

The 34,500 square foot shop and 10,000 square foot garden centre are due to open later this year. Stock will include paint and wallpaper from leading brands, home furniture and accessories, as well as tools, hardware, flooring and tiling. There will also be a range of kitchens and bathrooms on display in a dedicated showroom and Bathstore area.

Grant Anderson, Homebase retail director, said: “I’m really proud that we’re returning to Bradford and we’re looking forward to being able to help the local community transform their homes and gardens once again.

“We know our customers are often inspired by what they see online, and when they visit our new store, they’ll find everything they need to bring these ideas to life. That’s where our brilliant store team will come in, to help our customers give it a go with all the products and advice they need to get the job done.”

Homebase previously operated a store on Bradford’s Harrogate Road, which closed in 2018.

Earlier this year, the retailer opened new stores in Cheltenham and Abingdon.
