H&M Home presents experimental Design Lab collection
H&M Home has introduced a new experimental concept called the Design Lab which is a collection of limited and collectible interior pieces.
Developed and designed by an in-house design team, the range comprises 11 items including glass “bowl vases” that act as a vase and then a bowl when turned over, a transparent modular floor lamp, a blanket with an architectural and schematic design, and a lounge chair made from a combination of hard steel and soft black padding.
Evelina Kravaev-Söderberg, head of design and creative at H&M Home, said: “The concept and idea of this Design Lab collection began as a study and experimentation of shapes and the power of volume. It ended in a special collection for H&M Home that truly showcases and marries innovation, design as well as quality. We are proud to present this exciting collection to our customers worldwide and see a continuation of Design Lab collections going ahead.”
The new collection will launch in selected H&M Home stores and online on 17 October.
