Dunelm non-exec director steps down
29 August, 2018 | by Retail Bulletin
Homewares retailer Dunelm has confirmed that Rachel Osborne has resigned as a non-executive director of the company.
The move follows her appointment as chief financial officer of the Debenhams department store chain and the resulting “competitive overlap” with Dunelm’s business.
Dunlem said a search to find a replacement for Osborne will begin imminently.
Andy Harrison, Dunlem chairman, said: “We fully understand Rachel’s decision to step down, and that her executive career takes priority. We wish her well in her new role and thank her for her contribution to Dunelm.”
