Cox & Cox launches first TV advert
Cox & Cox has launched its first ever TV advert as it looks to showcase its Christmas collections.
The ad made its debut yesterday on Channel 4 during Sunday Brunch and will run throughout October and November across a number of primetime TV shows and channels.
The advert begins with a woman looking for the Cox & Cox website on her tablet. When she selects the Christmas tab on the site, she is transported to a magical woodland full of twinkling lights and Christmas trees and a door that leads to her home, which has been completely transformed and dressed for Christmas. The advert ends with the message “Discover your style this Christmas at coxandcox.co.uk”.
In addition, the retailer’s website features a “Shop the Ad” landing page where customers can find all the products scene by scene. There will also be a QR code linking through to the URL in the new Cox & Cox catalogue that is due to land this week.
Cox & Cox chief executive Richard Bell said: “Christmas is a huge part of our offering and we know, after last year, that customers will want to pull out all the stops. We hope that the advert showcases our wonderful collection and demonstrates that whatever your style, Cox & Cox has everything you need to create the most magical Christmas – from lights on the lawn to magnificent tree toppers.”
