THG signs agreements worth £100m with new beauty brands
The Hut Group’s technology services division, THG Ingenuity, has signed major partnership agreements with beauty brands Elemis, PZ Cussons Beauty, Burt’s Bees, Nuxe, By Terry and Revolution Beauty.
The health and beauty retailer said the signings are collectively worth more than £100 million and will aim to speed up each brand’s transition towards a direct-to-consumer model to meet growing online consumer demand.
Each brand will use THG Ingenuity’s full range of ecommerce solutions including its proprietary DTC technology platform, international fulfilment operations and payments infrastructure. In addition, they will be able to access THG’s pool of data.
