The Hut Group reports strong full year growth

The Hut Group saw its group sales climb by 24% to £916 million in 2018.

EBITDA rose by 31% to £91 million while gross profit increased by 31% to £417 million.

The health and beauty retail group continued see strong growth in its own brand revenues, with 59% of group sales coming from own brands in the year.

International  sales were also strong and accounted for 66% of group sales.

Matthew Moulding, founder and chief executive of The Hut Group, said: “This has been another landmark year for THG. Our strategic investments to develop our technology, infrastructure, brands and people, have delivered exceptional global growth with 66% of our sales achieved internationally.”
