The Body Shop to move UK headquarters

The Body Shop is to relocate its UK headquarters from Croydon to London’s Tooley Street.
The ethical cosmetics retailer has taken the entire building at 155 Tooley Street, which is part of the More London Estate.
Spanning 24,244 square feet, the four-storey space has been designed by Hawkins Brown in a contemporay style. The building was previously the headquarters of Red Bull.
Nick Codling, partner in Central London at Knight Frank, said: “More London is an exciting and popular location that is very much in demand and 155 Tooley Street is a great example of a unique HQ opportunity that was a perfect fit for The Body Shop.”
Part of global cosmetics grouo Natura & Co, The Body Shop has around 3,000 retail locations in 69 countries.
