Superdrug launches new employer brand to celebrate diversity and attract talent

Superdrug has launched a new employer brand called ‘Where you can be you’ as it looks to celebrate diversity and showcase the benefits of a career in retail.

Featuring 16 Superdrug employees who were chosen after a casting call, the campaign is designed to raise awareness of the varied roles available within Superdrug including on the shop floor, in distribution centres and within healthcare teams. It also highlights head office positions and the retailer’s apprenticeship scheme.

Superdrug said it has long been a champion of accessibility and inclusion and introduced  its ‘inclusion’ strategy in 2016.

Amy Davies, people director at Superdrug said “We are really excited to be launching the ‘Where you can be you’ campaign with our colleagues. Our people make us the business we are and this campaign highlights the diversity of a career in retail.

“With vacancies increasing nationally, we really want to support those that are looking to get back to work after years of uncertainty, as well as those looking for a new opportunity within the right brand.”
