Superdrug launches high street Healthcare Ambassador programme
Superdrug is investing £1 million in its new Healthcare Ambassador programme.
The move will see dedicated members of staff being highly trained across various healthcare categories including Vitamins, Gastro, Medicated Hair and Medicated Skincare.
The ambassadors will then be stationed in healthcare aisles in an initial 51 stores, which will grow to 75 by the end of the year. From there they will share immediate healthcare advice with customers and also offer support and product recommendations. This will include assisting people with their specific healthcare concerns and offering personalised advice and healthcare solutions.
Simon Comins, Superdrug’s chief commercial officer, said: “The launch of our £1 million Healthcare Ambassador programme reflects our unwavering commitment to supporting the nation’s health and wellbeing.
