Superdrug and Savers announce new employee benefits
Superdrug and Savers are introducing a series of new wellbeing benefits to ensure employees feel financially supported throughout 2023. The health and beauty retailers will also be helping staff to maintain their physical and mental wellbeing with the introduction of new apps and health discounts.
Through the use of Wagestream’s financial wellbeing app, team members will be able to track their shifts and earnings in real time. The app will also help staff with budgeting, encourage them to put money aside for the future, and give them the power to choose when to get paid through a flexible pay feature.
Meanwhile a new Digicare app will give employees access to free digital GP, mental health and nutritional consultations, as well as second medical opinions and an annual health check. The app will also provide guidance and support to help detect, manage and prevent physical and mental health problems.
In a further move, Superdrug and Savers will be enhancing their range of staff discounts to further support staff with everyday living costs. Team members will also benefit from a 30% discount with Superdrug’s Health Clinics across a wide range of vaccines.
