Stila appoints chief financial officer and chief operating officer

Stila Cosmetics has appointed Steve Rosen as chief financial officer and David Reece as chief operating officer.

With over 30 years’ experience in the cosmetics industry, Rosen recently served as chief financial officer for ZO Skin Health, a Blackstone Private Equity portfolio company. Prior to that, he spent 22 years at Estee Lauder in various finance and M&A roles for brands such as Crème de la Mer, Jo Malone, Aramis, Designer Fragrances, and Becca Cosmetics.

Meanwhile, Reece has worked for more than 20 years in leadership positions in the beauty, health, and wellness industries. This has included senior roles at Herbalife, Beachbody and Beautycounter, as well as the Ritual health products brand where he was chief operating officer.
