Rituals to launch new Milton Keynes store at Centre:mk

Rituals Cosmetics is to open a new store at Centre:mk in Milton Keynes.

Due to launch later this year, the 2,571 square foot shop will be situated on Silbury Arcade, opposite the new H Beauty flagship.

Penny Grivea, managing director for UK & Ireland at Rituals, said: “We are very excited to be opening a new store in Milton Keynes, one of the prime retail destinations in the UK. We have grown rapidly in the UK since our flagship store in Covent Garden opened in 2016 and we are always looking for the right opportunities to support our growth, especially in key locations outside of London.”

The store will offer the brand’s full range of home, bath and body products including scented candles and aromatherapy diffusers.

Founded in 2000 by former Unilever employee Raymond Cloosterman, the brand firstly opened a store in Amsterdam before expanding worldwide to 27 countries with approximately 800 stores.

The announcement follows the news that Laser Clinics UK and Thérapie Clinic have also selected Centre:mk for new store openings. In addition, jewellery retailer Beaverbrooks is in the process of upsizing at the centre with a relocation from Midsummer Arcade to Crown Walk.

Kevin Duffy, Centre:mk’s centre director, said: “We work continuously to enhance our offer with best-in-class brands such as Rituals as we anticipate and satisfy the evolving needs of guests.  Personal wellbeing and beauty are key areas, so Rituals is a  great addition that, along with other recent openings at Centre:mk, creates an offer unrivalled anywhere in the region.”
