Revolution Beauty appoints new chief financial officer
Revolution Beauty has appointed Elizabeth Lake as chief financial officer.
She will succeed Andrew Clark who will remain with the business until the end of July to ensure a smooth transition.
Possessing more than 25 years’ finance and commercial experience, Lake will join the company from AIM listed Everyman Media Group where she has been chief financial officer since 2019. Prior to that, she held the same role at Science in Sport and was finance director at Hugo Boss UK and Ireland. Her career has also included finance roles at Marks & Spencer, Pearson and Thomson Reuters.
Adam Minto, Revolution Beauty group chief executive, said: “Elizabeth is a highly experienced executive, and we are delighted to welcome her to Team Revolution as our new CFO. She has worked across some of the UK’s top consumer and retail brands, and brings a deep understanding of the wider industry, as well as a strong track record leading the finance function at UK PLCs. I look forward to working together as we execute Revolution’s strategy and continue to grow our market share around the world, while delivering meaningful shareholder value.”
He added: “I would like to thank Andrew for his fantastic contribution to Revolution Beauty over the last 3 years, including successfully navigating us through our IPO last year. On behalf of the board and everyone at Revolution, we wish him all the best for the future.”
