Lush opens biggest store in Ireland
Handmade cosmetics brand Lush has opened its biggest store in Ireland in Dundrum Town Centre as part of its continued £7 million investment in retail.
The 2,311 square foot space features some furniture items from other stores that have been repurposed and refinished to give them a new lease of life. In addition, all new furniture has been produced from ethically sourced and durable materials.
During the opening day, customers were given the opportunity to press some of Lush’s best-selling bath bombs and take part in other walk-in activities every 30 minutes.
Following the reopening of a new look store in Dublin and the launch of the dedicated Lush website and app in Ireland last year, the Dundrum shop marks the company’s biggest investment in Ireland this year. Dundrum Town Centre is Ireland’s largest shopping centre.
Adam Barnes, Lush’s UK&I retailer, said: “We’ve been working towards bringing Lush to the people of Dundrum for quite some time, and I’m so thrilled that we’re finally starting to put our Irish expansion plans into motion. The new store, as our biggest in Ireland, will bring people together through spaces to create perfect, personalised gifts for loved ones, throwing a party with friends or meeting our wonderful store team. “
