Lululemon creates Mental Wellbeing Global Advisory Board
Lululemon has created a Mental Wellbeing Global Advisory Board that is comprised of 11 leaders representing the brand’s key global markets in the wellbeing space.
The board will be chaired by two members of Lululemon’s senior leadership team, including Susan Gelinas, chief people and culture officer, and Nikki Neuburger, chief brand officer.
Neuburger said: “At Lululemon, we believe everyone has the right to be well and the path to wellbeing is only possible when the tools, support, and resources are accessible to all. We are thrilled to continue to expand our investment and work toward improving mental wellbeing outcomes and to collaborate with such a talented group of experts to elevate and support individual and community wellbeing globally.”
Working in partnership with Lululemon’s leadership, the board will initially focus on supporting the development, implementation, and analysis of Lululemon’s annual Global Wellbeing Report, as well as the brand’s employee wellbeing offerings. It will also offer counsel on Lululemon’s Centre for Social Impact practices and initiatives, and advise on activities and events that promote mental wellbeing.
Gelinas said: “As a global company rooted in movement, mindfulness, and personal development as a whole, we are deeply committed to increasing awareness, access, and tools for improved mental wellbeing – within our own lululemon team as well as our extended community. With the guidance of our expert advisors, we are excited to take our work to the next level and advance mental wellbeing outcomes throughout our global collective and beyond.”
