L Brands makes a range of senior appointments at Bath & Body Works
L Brands has announced a range of new senior appointments at Bath & Body Works.
Julie Rosen has joined the business as president while Deon Riley will take up the role of chief human resources officer at the end of this month.
Rosen’s retail experience includes senior positions at Banana Republic and Ann Taylor and Loft. Meanwhile Riley has spent the last eight years working with Ross Stores where her most recent role was group senior vice president of HR.
Both Rosen and Riley will report to Andrew Meslow, chief executive of L Brands and Bath & Body Works.
Meslow said “These appointments and promotions will support the continued growth of Bath & Body Works. Julie is an experienced and talented merchant leader who will lead us in continuing to develop compelling products across all categories, and Deon is a well-rounded and experienced human resources professional who will elevate our efforts to cultivate a healthy and thriving company culture.”
The company has also made some internal promotions including the appointment of Chris Cramer as chief operating officer and Danielle Demko as executive vice president and general manager of Bath & Body Works’ direct channel. In addition, George Arenschield has been promoted to the role of executive vice president, merchandise, planning and allocation, and Ron Ford has been named as executive vice president and head of stores and sales.
