KIKO Milano chooses Exeter for first South West store outside of Bristol

Italian make-up and skincare brand KIKO Milano has launched its first South West store outside of Bristol.

The brand has taken space at the Princesshay shopping centre in Exeter where it will be near to MAC Cosmetic’s first standalone store in the region.

The letting follows a string of lease renewals at the centre by brands such as Neal’s Yard, Molton Brown, Oasis, Monsoon and Crew.

Katherine Armstead, asset manager for Princesshay, said: “We are delighted to welcome KIKO Milano to Princesshay, another fantastic addition to the retail line up, and a great example of how we’re evolving our offer for shoppers to bring in casual fashion and lifestyle brands tailored to Exeter.”

Having celebrated its tenth anniversary last year, Princesshay is managed by the Crown Estate on behalf of a partnership between itself and TH Real Estate.
