Holland & Barrett Unveils Cardiff experience store
Holland & Barrett has launched a bold new chapter in wellness retail with the opening of its first Experience Store in Cardiff.
Located on Queen Street, the 3,100-square-foot flagship aims to engage customers on a deeper, more personalised level through a curated mix of design, services, and product innovation.
The store blends striking design with practical innovation, featuring an “Instagrammable” cushion wall, a Wellness Mission gondola offering tailored product recommendations, branded bays for partner storytelling, sleek new self-checkout stations, and a click & collect area for seamless omnichannel shopping.
This fresh format reflects Holland & Barrett’s wider investment in transforming its store estate, with more than 620 locations already revamped.
Richard Fisher, Design Manager at Holland & Barrett, shared on his social media: “This store turns heads, sparks curiosity, and delivers an experience that must be felt in person. It’s not just about looking good – it’s about making people feel their best.”
Nick Gerrard, Property and Format Director, added: “A few months ago, we got a group of our best people together to discuss how we move our retail format on again. The aim was to think about how we expand what we do experientially and with partners, bringing H&B to life in an ever better way.”
