Freshly to make international debut at Carnaby Street
Plant based beauty brand Freshly Cosmetics is to open its first store outside of Spain in London’s Carnaby Street.
The Freshly Store London will be the fourth shop in the brand’s portfolio following openings in Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia.
The shop has been created using sustainable and recycled materials in collaboration with Valencian design studio CuldeSac with a design that aims to reflect the vitality of Freshly’s ecommerce site. Customers visiting the store will be immersed into a bright, light, open-plan shopping environment with products clearly visible.
Established in 2016, Freshly has customers across 20 countries throughout Europe as well as in China. All of its products are over 99% natural, vegan, cruelty-free, sustainable, clean INCI and natural, and 95% of its packaging is made of 100% recyclable glass, aluminium, kraft, wood and cardboard.
Marta de Blas, international growth manager for Freshly Cosmetics, said: “Since its launch in 2016, Freshly Cosmetics has enjoyed phenomenal global success across Europe and China from our hugely popular ecommerce site. The launch of our first international retail store being in London is no coincidence. We firmly believe that having a physical presence in the UK, and in London particularly, is key to the success of our international growth strategy and has the potential to open Freshly’s doors to the world.”
The new store is situated at 44 Carnaby Street and will open on 19 November.
