FaceGym to open UK debut store on London’s King’s Road

Facial specialist FaceGym has chosen London’s Kings Road for the opening of its first standalone store in the UK.

Due to launch on 6 December, the store will be spread over two floors spanning 1,434 square feet. The site will offer customers cutting edge facial workouts as well as state-of-the-art technology including lasers, ultrasound, radio frequency and CRYO therapy.

It will also feature a designated bar called Open Beauty Lab which will offer a range of homegrown and exotic cold-pressed organic oils to be custom blended with beauty boosters and antioxidants for each individual client.

FaceGym founder Inge Theron has collaborated with natural skin expert Alexandra Soveral to develop the concept and worked with New York design agency Avroko to create the brand’s debut store.

Theron said: “Our new FaceGym revolutionises the beauty scene. Pairing natural products and techniques with state-of-the-art technology, we are able to offer customers non-invasive treatments that help sculpt, lift and tone. We’re thrilled to open our first UK store in such an iconic and vibrant location. With affluent residents and a reputation for fantastic retail opportunities, we can’t think of a better place to showcase our beauty products and experiences that the King’s Road.”

King’s Road is part of the Sloane Stanley Estate, one of the oldest landowning estates in London. The estate owns and manages hundreds of residential and commercial properties on the King’s Road and Fulham Road.

Other recent openings in the area include a Silvera showroom on King’s Road and an Ella Jade interiors flagship on Fulham Road. Designer radiator manufacturer Castrads is to join Ella Jade later this month.

Hannah Grievson, commercial property manager at Sloane Stanley, said: “The Kings Road continues to thrive, and FaceGym’s debut UK store is a new and very exciting retailer to add to the line-up. We are thrilled the brand have chosen this location as the home for their unique and creative concept. Natural products are increasingly important to beauty fans and we know shoppers on the Kings Road will love the bespoke and experience-led retail offering.”
