Browns hires Nellie Eden as creative beauty editor
Browns has appointed Nellie Eden as creative beauty editor in residence as the luxury fashion retailer looks ahead to launching its beauty category later this year.
In her new role, Eden will be responsible for engaging with Browns’ customer base and taking them on a beauty journey “that is as unique and boutique as its fashion offering.” This will include developing compelling campaigns, creative content, in-store programming and events.
Since 2020 she has been working as a creative consultant to the Byredo beauty brand and since 2021 as beauty editor at large for The Face Magazine. Previously, she was editor in chief at Dazed Media and also co-founded Creative Agency, Babyface. Her CV also includes a stint at Asos as deputy fashion editor.
Browns buying director Ida Peterrson said: “Nellie has such an innate understanding of the beauty world and all of its wonderful nuances. She brings her extensive knowledge of the industry to this project, and we are thrilled to have her on board as we work towards our launch later this year.”
